About me

A science graduate who is now a market researcher in an MNC company, Yink Heay paints leisurely during her free time as a mindfulness meditative hobby.

Currently, playing with impasto texture is her favourite process in painting. The impressionistic strokes are purposefully introduced to portray an abstract painting.

In 2011, she started to self-learn oil painting after being inspired by van Gogh’s paintings. And in 2012, she started to exhibit her paintings in several local and international exhibitions from 2012.

Over 50 of Yink Heay's paintings are sold locally and internationally.
